Shipping Policy – Top Smoke
At Top Smoke, we aim to dispatch all orders promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing
Once payment is successfully received via Bank Transfer or PayID, orders are verified and processed within 1–2 business days.
Processing times may vary slightly during weekends, public holidays, or peak demand periods. However, we always strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are dispatched via Australia Post.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor the delivery status directly with the carrier.
For most Australian locations, estimated delivery times generally range from 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may be longer for regional or remote areas, including Tasmania.
Tasmania Deliveries
For orders shipped to Tasmania, Top Smoke may use either Express Post or Standard Post, depending on operational conditions at the time of dispatch.
The selected shipping method does not guarantee delivery speed, and actual delivery timeframes are determined solely by Australia Post once the parcel has been lodged.
After dispatch, all delivery timelines are subject to the carrier’s handling and transit processes, which are outside of Top Smoke’s direct control.
Accuracy of Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all billing and shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays or failed deliveries, for which Top Smoke cannot be held responsible.
Delivery Delays & Lost Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery performance and transit time are managed by Australia Post.
In the event of a delay or if a parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@topsmoke.com.au. We will assist by liaising with Australia Post to help track or resolve the matter where possible.
Please note that Top Smoke cannot guarantee delivery timeframes once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
